Pathetic and no value for money!!

I hit my passenger side mirror against the the garage wall by accident as it was dark and no clear visibility, put in a claim with 1st for women for my mirror as the back cover of the mirror is broken and I get told they don't cover the mirror so which part of the car is covered? Isn't my mirror a part of my car? So if someone is a serious car accident the car is covered but not the side mirrors? Mind you I've been with 1st for women since 2015 and zero claims and the only thing they have done for me is debit my account every month! This is unacceptable and I want my car fixed now!
