Pathetic

Date of accident was the 4th of June. I am claiming as a third party as their client was at fault. All the documentation was sent through as requested timeously, still waiting on a supervisor to sign off the claim after two and a half months. Also, only offering to pay 80% of the claim as I should have seen that their client was not going to stop at the stop street. Keeping in mind that their client connected me on the passenger door, meaning I was already in the intersection and could not have avoided the accident. Pathetic service to say the least.
