Pathetic
Contacted 1st for womannon friday morning.gave in my paperwork.I requested that the claims advisor confirm that she received my paperwork.I sent her a follow up this morning and still nothing.i continue to follow up,your advisors need to keep your clients up to date.i am paying the excess even though it was not my fault.when is your legal department going to give me an update in reclaiming my excess?
