Partners with bad Panel beaters

First for women sent my car to a poor workmanship panel beater ( sectri auto body). Today I went to collect my car on which it still had faults, airbag light was on, my wheels were not stable, inspection was not done. I still had to leave without my car after waiting for close to 2 months. As an insurance company you should have done a thorough research on the panel beater before sending my car. When I check online it’s only bad reviews on this panel beater yet you still sent my car. I don’t pay premiums every month to receive such bad service
