OVERCHARGED AND STILL NO REFUND
I have been overcharged for for aprox 5 months for my house contents insurance due to the consultant incorrectly taking down my address. This has since been rectified (still a high premium compared to other companies and apparently this is the lowest they can do) and I have been told I will be refunded and informed when it is done.<br> I am still waiting as payment needs to be backdated!
