Over drawing my account
I am not happy. My debit order is on the 26th of every month. I had funds in my aacount on the 15th as everyone was getting paid then. Youll went into my account and it waa returned. What i dont understand is going into my account for more than 6 times and theres a penality fee of R115 each time a debit order is reuturned. Are youll not supposed to come into my account on the next debit order date and double my preiums. So who is liable for those banking charges? I am not happy with you billing structiure
