Outstanding Service Delivery

<br> I had a claim for my handbag which caught alight when a lighter exploded in my bag.I really didn't want to claim as I my experience has always been that service providers make me feel uncomfortable and this was a very unusual claim to say the least.I called in yesterday(10/06/15) and spoke to Anri Quick. She answered the phone sounding happy and relaxed, asked me what I needed, listen to what I had to say ,didn't make me feel uncomfortable or stupid in any way.She then explained the process to me quickly and clearly including when she would get back to me, how long the process would take and the all the excesses.She managed to do this without making me feel rushed or that I was getting a standard \blurb"but also didn't waste time.I mentioned that I had a picture of the bag and she said it would possibly help and said she would send me a mail after the call so I could send her the picture by return of mail(so I didn't have to take down details etc.) At 9.01am today(10/06/15) I received another mail from Anri to say the claim was approved .I have never had the pleasure of dealing with someone who was so efficient"
