Outstanding insurance excess fee refund & unreasonable instalment increase

I had a car accident in January 2025 knocked by a Bus full of congregants & the driver acknowledged that he was at fault, promised that his bus company will take care of my car damages. I gave 1st for women all information regarding same but in order for my car to get repaired soonest as I use it to go to & from work I had to report the accident to them to get it fixed plus I did not want to deal with the bus company for security reasons being a female but rather let them take care of that & had to pay for excess fee which they promised to refund since the bus driver was the one at fault. It’s been 4 months now no refunds & no updates from 1st for women yet I’m their client, all they did was to increase my insurance premium with them without any notification.
