Outstanding Customer Services

I would like to express my gratitude and satisfaction for the outstanding customer service rendered by one of the 1st for Women call center agents by the name of Taylor Manuel. I called in to follow up on my claim for Earthquake damages to my house; unfortunately, the person who is handling my claim was not available to take my call.

At this point, my anger and frustration were on another level. My house is unsafe to leave in, and the claim is not finalized yet. Taylor was so calm and very understanding. Though my voice was raised, she promised that she would make sure that the agent called me back and that she would also make a follow-up call later in the day just to ensure that I was called back.

I know her job is very stressful and demanding, but Taylor kept her promise and called back; at that time, the agent had already called and given me unsatisfactory feedback. 1st for Women, this is one in a million call center agents. Taylor is a rare jewel. Please take care of her. I rate her 10/10, unreserved.
