one star is way above a wothy rating for such putrid service!

<p>I've had the most pathetic experience with this insurance company I've been begging for stuff that should've just been sent to me!!! There's absolutely no issues with debiting my account but to give me vital information ALL I REQUESTED IS MY POLICY DOCUMENTS TO BE EMAILED TO ME AND FOR A INSPECTION NUMBER FOR MY VEHICLE AND ALL IMPORTANT NUMBERS I MAY NEED!!!! it's extremely difficult!!! HIGHLY ****ED OFF! POOR POOR SERVICE EXPERIENCE!!! And I'M GETTING DEBITED FOR SO MANY AMOUNTS WHEN I WAS TOLD THE ADMIN FEE WOULD BE SPLIT INTO 3 MONTHS I GOT BLASTED ALREADY! WHAT THE HELL!!!&nbsp;</p>
