On the 26 May 2025, I wrote a review about FFW,but to my surprise, I have not got a response from them

On the 26 May 2025, I wrote a review about FFW,but to my surprise, I have not got a response from them. I complained about the claim that they declined without telling me the vàlid reason, and further cancelled my policy without my concern. This is what I want them to do, they must restore my policy with immediate effect or pay me back all the premiums I've paid for this policy. Failling which I will take further steps,to expose them.
