Officially THE most useless and unhelpful insuranc

So 3 weeks ago I have an accident. Within 24 hours I log a claim. 3 weeks later my car is still in my garage at home and I'm spending thousands of Rand on car rental, Uber and Gautrain to commute to work and elsewhere. The claim has been \settled\" but nobody bothers to check if the panel beaters have contacted me. I have to make the call after I don't hear from anyone for 10 days. They are waiting for parts, \"it's Jaguar's fault not ours\". I ask, what am I supposed to do for transport. I'm told my car is driveable - the bonnet is unable to close
