Notification of annual premium increase not received

I was very upset with a notification from my bank that my FFW premium would increase without having received any notification from FFW about the annual increase. Upon enquiry I was assured an email had been sent and apologies given if it had not reached me. The consultants remedied this by spending time ensuring my premium was renegotiated to an affordable amount.
