Nothing First Here
Just when you thought 2020 could get any worse, you get the worst treatment from a highly trusted insurance. There is nothing first about first for women. I recently logged in a car accident claim. All I have received are poor communication, delays, my feelings dismissed, and I am left confused frustrated because they simply refuse to hear me out. You see thy have this slow turn around time which is beyond 48 hours and they are extremely good at making you feel stupid for expecting otherwise, giving you vague reasons as to why things have been done or are still hanging or why you haven’t received feedback. Mind you the agents only call you once on the day they plan o give feedback. If they don’t find you, they will leave you the programmed text that leads you only back to the call center; where you hardly ever get through to the agent you are dealing with. Then someone else assists you, sometimes it’s been someone sweeter, but what they read off the system and what you later hear from your agent are different versions. Frustrating much. Then the website and app are beyond not being user friendly. Neither are able to provide you with the details you are looking for. There are no details or documents loaded in your profile once you claim. It’s just links that don’t work. For show, maybe? Then as if its not painful enough that their procedures take this long, they only give you car hire for 15 days. Is that even a thing? Especially with an insurance whose assessment to authorization turn around time is about a week. Now they are refusing to extend my car hire because according to them I did this to myself (selecting a 15-day option). So, they won’t hear or help me out. The dealer who is doing my repairs is going to be delayed by at least another two weeks because parts were only ordered last week, and places are closed for December or parts are on back order. However, first for women are not hearing anything from me. A client who has never missed a payment nor claimed in the three years I have been with them. What I don’t get about first for women is, how ca you claim to put women first if you refuse to listen and dismiss their views. Is this even customer centric? Then whilst on customer service I submitted feedback on a survey link that they sent. But it seems to have disappeared into thin air. No response from them and when calling their centre, the poor agents aren’t even able to point me to the right direction as to where my feedback landed. Basically, even as I poured my hear out on that survey it seems like first for women couldn’t really be bothered. I wouldn’t wish this horrible experience on my worst enemy (if I had one). Never have I see a bigger contradiction in my life.
