Nothing ever goes smooth when it comes to claims
My car needs to go in for rectification with the panel beater. I have been following up with the insurance to find out if a courtesy car has been organised for me and have been told some paper work has been sent to the panel beater and once signed the insurance will call me to confirm the courtesy car. It's 2 months in and i'm still waiting for the insurance to give me the go ahead regarding taking in my car and collecting the courtesy car.
