Not willing to assist
I have car insurance with you guys not sure for how long however in July I took out an extended warranty on my car offered by you guys... I wasn't initially going to take it but though that I might as well just in case. Yesterday my clutch wouldn't work so I called this morning and was told that the policy is only effective 30 days after the 1st premium was given. My clutch just packed up yesterday. I took out the policy on the 21 July and apparently the first installment went off on the 27 August so now I am not covered. I really need assistance I literally have 13 days before it kicks and no one will help!!!!!!! I have been a loyal client please help!
