Not treating customers fairly

In December 2019 i lodged a claim with the insurer after i accidentally drove over an unmarked speedbump in the dark. First for women sent my car to renew it greenstone. After i was told repairs should be 7 to 10 working days. I waited almost 6 weeks. Got my car back January 2020 .. due to lockdown in 2020 i hardly drove my car cause i was sent to work from hom and kids were doing online learning. Sometime in march 2021 the same transmission error came up on the dashboard again.. I called the insurance and they advised me to call renew it greenstone .. who then told me to bring in my car which i did. I took my vehicle in on the 15th March where renew it ran diagnostics and confirmed my car will be booked because they agreed to repair it. I NEVER ONCE RECEIVED A CALL FROM FIRST FOR WOMEN. I had to call them and renew it regularly to get an update.. first for women eventually agreed to car hire on the 19th March cause renew it confirmed its a complicated repair job because its an electrical gearbox. Still no call from my insurer.. I always had to call after both companies even to get the car hire extended. 2 weeks later today 29 March when i call renew it for an update again they confirm the insurer said they should not repair my vehicle since its not accident related. I think 1 of 2 things happened. Its either gonna be too expensive to fix it.. or they are unable to repair it. Why would it take 2 weeks to come to the conclusion its not incident related.. I am really disgusted with how this whole claim was handled. Now I have to wait until Thurday 1 April to get the unfixed car back.. Please help me.. I feel the wool is being pulled over my eyes here

Everything was discussed telephonically with Nomonde from renew it *** . She informed me MY INSURER has advised them not to repair because its not incident related.. not once did first for women contact me.
