Not the sharpest pencils in the box

It would be nice if:

a. You can call your clients when we ask you to not whenever the heck you feel like making time in your busy schedules for the people actually paying your salaries.

b. You don't cold-call your existing clients to sell them policies they already have.

c. Your sales department can link up with the rest of your operation so information can be shared from one consultant to the next instead of expecting your customers to repeat themselves over and over to different people.

First for Women, you failed in giving good service at every turn in the last couple of weeks. If I was a potential new client the red carpet would be laid out, but updating my details as an existing client is impossible.
