Not impressed , My iPhone simcard holder broken

I am very disappointed with your service. My cellphone was on repairs for cracked screen. On the 18th September my cellphone was collected . The lady I was dealing with for the claim was very helpful Abongile I would give her 9/10 service<br> <br> My problem Admin plus delivered the cellphone today 09/10/2015 the cellphone have no simcard as it left with the simcards, iPhone have a key where you put simcard now that hole is stretched as I can see it was not open with the proper key for it and it seem they have ruined it no one bothered to tell me that they will take the simcard out and I don't understand why they took it out because the problem was with the LCD not the inside of the cellphone. Then on the 19 September 2015 on my cellphone there was money that was deducted by whom as the simcard was with them. And since they saying they are going to send me simcard who is going to fix my simcard holder and again I am going to be without cellphone because am not going to fix something that I didn't brake someone need to take accountability for it. You took pictures with my cellphone . How because the cellphone have password. I am really not impressed with 1st for women
