Not honest really
No feedback on my claim and i was supposed to have business insurance but they instead insured my vichele twice on business and personal and now that i have a claim they do not cover my tools and personal items due to they mastakes i must loss my income unable to work and provide for my family ***........

07 Sept 2021, 16:1016 days and no progress I received no response about when they will be done and if i dont call them then they don't update you. Quick to tell you how lovely they service are until you claim then they have no worries about your losses un professional. Was waiting for call recordings after i insisted on them sending it to me but after i inform them about going to the ombudsman then they responded quickly with the recordings but seems like my claim is not they're 1st priority

08 Sept 2021, 11:46I was told by mr venolin that i must not run to hellopeter because the only thing hellopeter does is calling 1st for women and they ask them to call me so next time i must just email them and they will reply why is it my job to follow up with them the whole time the fire expert was supposed to do the assessment on monday witch did not happen if he did yesterday i also dont know it seems like they playing for time and see how far they can stretch this claim and i cant make a living in the meantime because of the dragging and slow process
