Not happy with their service

1st for women is ***** and they just there to debit payments every month but to put it a claim you must basically fight with them over monies you as the client is paying every month .i put it a claim for a tv that was not working i took it to my tv repairer , 1st for women was not happy with the report , a damage report was then sent still they not happy , they want there own assers to come out and to look at the tv , why what is wrong with using your own repairer ...im sitting with no tv but yet you pay insurance to put it in a claim once you have a broken item but i think its time to look out for another insurance company because clearly they not there to help you when you need it .they just there to take monies . They quick to phone you talking all nice but dont fall for that
