Not happy with the service
Not happy with the service. Haven't recovered my access from third party for a claim submitted 23 Dec 2023. No communication,no updates, I'm very discouraged and disappointed. Loyal customer for over 6-7 years and premiums keeps rising. Sitting on the phone for long periods at my own expense, no call backs from them.
