Not first for Women at all....

I was in a car accident for the first time and had to claim from the insurance to have the car fixed. They recommended Fleet VIP Solutions as their preferred panel beater. Well to say I am disgusted and disappointed with them is putting it mildly. My car has been in for a month now, I have sent emails to FFW to complain about the service received but nothing they just do not care. They are clearly not first for wome at all. I am definitely changing my insurance after this horrible experience.
