Not caring for clients

<p>I joined 1st for women because they were a stress free insurance for women. I was never in an accident for the past 10 years until 3 weeks ago when my car derailed from the road. I was not the driver whrn the accident happen but the car is mine. I called them 2 days after the accident to ask for a courtesy car which they orgarnised and told me it is booked for 15 days from there I never heard from them. Friday 24/02 was 15 days and the courtesy car went back nothing from them informing me of the way forward of my claim. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED BY THE WAY MY CLAIM IS HANDLED.</p>
