Not a great Insurance company at all

i have not been with FFW very ling however I am shocked at the level of service, I have never out in a claim at any insurance company for many years, the PC board on my expensive not so old fridge went due to power surges now the insurance company says it is wear and tear and that i did not complete the forms that was not sent to me in time, i gave them a rough estimate of when the fridge packed up as i did not use it on a regular basis and i repeatedly told then round about now they say i expired my date, it was like a few days before or after and i told them roughly . seriously why then have insurance . i am definitely looking elsewhere and taking this up with the suppliers of the fridge , but honestly this is unfair
