Nosipho the customer service champ!!!

I just got off the call with a lady called Nosipho. I am sad that i didn't get her surname. Her tone is welcoming, she was an absolute pleasure to speak to. Thank you Nosipho for having customer service at heart. It's been a while since I spoke to someone who was bubbly and helpful.
