Noorjahan - you are an assett to First for Women !

on the evening of the 22nd of September my house was struck by lightening - that same morning I was admitted to hospital for surgery. I came back to a house with the following damaged - garage motor, complete home alarm system, DSTV dish, 2 x TV's, dstv decoder which actually exploded, dvd recorder, sony HI FI, Medi8ter and my 4 terra harddrive.... after a long struggle with call centre people at First for Women Noorjahan took her time to help me with the claim of the house goods. Nearly 2 1/2 weeks later. I was not in the frame of mind or body to deal with any of these queries as I was under a lot of pain and stress due to my surgery. The only empathy I actually got was from this lady.... I am not saying the other call centre people are not good but they should try and LISTEN to the client and see where she/ he is coming from ..... instead of trying to terminate a query without a solution to the client. Noorjahan also explained everything very nicely which made it so much easier. Thank you Noorjahan..... Bless you
