Nonsense insurance company FFW

What a waste of money to have this company as your insurance. 1. My son had tyre burst 70km away from home, they sent him help that landed him in a remote place 170 km away just because the service provider had a Bnb there. I was pushed off 2. Had two tyre bursts in potholes on the Engcobo road. It cost me R2 200 to fix this problem, the insurance paid me R500. 3. I’ve lodged a claim for scratch and dent, they promised to come for vehicle assessment on 21 November, didn’t pitch. not even a word from them.
