None and delayed response to my claims

1. They still sending me from pillar to post with my tyre claim and it’s going to three weeks without a spare tyre! They claim to not receive the quotation email until i have to resend it then they respond after 3 days after sending it! 2. They gave me name of panelbeater for my dent claim and when I called them they say they haven’t got the authorisation yet ffw tells me they sent it and it has been four days of silence after that! 3. They told me their system changed my insurance status to third party when they claim i didn’t submit the tracker certificate which i did! Now that my emails from 2 years ago are deleted they want proof of that email which i di not have!!!! If I remember correctly i had to send that through their app which is not there anymore because obviously they have deleted since the system is theirs to begin with!!! Why is the ombudsman allowing these people to **** us like this!!! How can a tracker certificate change the whole status of my cover just like that!!!!
