Non existent service from First for Women

I am an existing client of First for Women, my household and car is insured with them. On Friday the 12th July I went onto their site to get a quote to add another vehicle and I was horribly surprised to find out that there was outstanding information required for my existing vehicle that meant my vehicle was not fully covered and no one had the courtesy to call me to ask me for the outstanding information. I sent an email to FFW on Friday asking why I had not been contacted as I found this very reckless and poor customer service. All these months I have been paying my premiums for a car that was not fully covered - what if i had an accident or my vehicle had been ******. Today the 18th July I have still not had feedback on my complaint. Moving on, I submit the necessary information and proceed to try and get a quote to add another vehicle and my vehicle is not listed on their drop down list on their website. I send another email to customer service to find out how I can get an accurate quote if I cannot find my vehicle on their website. A consultant called me yesterday morning, the 17th July and he also could not assist me with getting a quote on the correct vehicle, he assured me that someone would call me to assist me. Today is the 18th July and I still do not have feedback from FFW. If I am having so much trouble trying to insure a vehicle I am worried what I will go through if I should ever have to claim. Should I be considering moving my existing insurance to another insurer.
