NON-EXISTENT APP SUPPORT

*** is literally LITERALLY non-existent. I have emailed countless times since February with not even a simple automated reply. Nothing nothing nothing. I have written a review on the app and called in for assistance AND STILL NOTHING and we are now in April. This app hasn't been working since January for me. This is my second hello Peter complaint of which I was promised a call AND AGAIN NOTHING NOTHING NOTHING! I NEED THE APP TO WORK AS I AM PAYING FOR THE SERVICES IN THERE! I had organise my own tow a month back BUT I CANT ACCESS THE APP FOR ASSISTANCE. Im beyond annoyed now
