NO TOW TRUCKS around the area - No one helped me

I am so disappointed with the experience. I had with my insurance on Saturday night when i called them for assistance and I waited for almost 2 hours and no tow truck came to my resecure. As they couldn't come to the area - I am a woman and it was late at night - anything could of happened to me - I was so scared and traumatized -I have ***. Eventually called the police for assistance- and they managed to give me a number I can call to tow my car- which i had to pay R950 from my own pocket as my own INSURNCE FAILED ME !!! Ive been a client for 4 years and this is the worst experience i have ever received. Anything could of happened to me as a woman - I want to cancel my insurance.
