I tried to claim for a small dent on my car via First for Women's website, website don't work, none of the emails work, they all bounce back.

I phoned them on 30 March to lodge a claim, I was told to phone another number for Scratch and Dent, although I phoned the number on my insurance contract. I spoke to someone and said the claim is for Scratch and Dent, I was told there is a waiting period I must phone back in 3 months.

I phoned again the next day to ask why I have a waiting period and was told they didn't receive my vehicle inspection certificate. I said I will sort it out as I did go for the inspection. Then someone phone to lodge the claim, I explained that I am still waiting for the certificate, but they said they will lodge the claim in the meanwhile. After about 25 min on the phone, I said for the second time that this is on my Scratch and Dent policy, so the consultant said she will cancel the claim.

I phone a couple of days later, claim wasn't cancelled. I took my car for assessment, got an rejection letter on 8 April, and emailed a revised quotation through on 14 April.

Had to phone on 19 April to find out what is happening, still waiting for the callback
