No sense of Urgency- Millicent Maaitjie
Yoh what a waste of my Money.
I called 1st for Women immediately after I pumped my rear windscreen and was told to register the claim on the App of which I did. Days later the windscreen claim is still in review. Some advisor Millicent Maaitjie is unavailable to calls and when you call the insurer they keep saying it’s in review.
I even resorted to calling Glassfit myself to replace the windscreen because 1st For Women only cares about your monthly payments and don’t care about the convenience we pay them for.
These people are useless and *********** and there is no sense of urgency. I think people must not waste their money on such an insurer. Totally and utterly unreliable especially during such unprecedented times.
