No response to claims.

I was convinced to take the Tyre and rim cover, only for FFW not to respond. i got a flat Tyre on my way to work on Thursday, i managed to use my spare, however i lodged a claim and no one has responded. I called the call center, they just answer yet there's no response on the other side, you end up literally alone on the line but you can actually hear people talking in the background. I am appalled by the service you provide.
