No response from anyone

I am giving this company one start because I cannot rate zero. I have been a customer with them for years and years, never missing a payment, even during hard lockdown when I had no job. A month ago I sent well over a dozen emails asking for my policy to be cancelled as I had sold my car. I am STILL waiting for a response from someone. I cannot believe this. After so many years of s****ing together money to keep my insurance, I get absolutely no assistance when I try to end my policy because I DON'T OWN A CAR any more. After trying so hard to get in touch with someone, I still have received NO response, and the debit order STILL went off my account. I truly cannot believe this. I have sent numerous emails to different departments and I am still waiting for an answer...from September. I have no words.
