No response for complaint

Dear FFW<br> <br> This is to notify you that I have referred the matter to OMBUDS Office due to FFW failing to resolve my matter instead you are ignoring my complaints.<br> I have written a lot of reports and to date my issue has not been attended to. What really upsets me is that I pay monthly without a doubt and I receive the most ********** service from you guys.<br> 2013 and my car is still not repaired. You are going to repair and I am definitely leave. P.S. Ladies do not get yourself covered with this specific insurance. AWFUL, DISGUSTING, HORRIBLE, YOU NAME IT.<br> <br> You will hear from the Ombudman soon as I am being disrespected by you guys
