No response

Good day.

My scratch and dent cover was approved on 28 Oct 2025 with a quote of R4600 from McCathy Auto Trimmers. On the 29th, I sent an email to *** requesting that I get an alternative quote as the quote received was abit to high for just a spot repair. All I have received from *** was an auto response with no feedback or a call. I then sent an email to *** requesting a list of approved repairers, all i received was an auto response til this day.

Yesterday I called in, I was told my claim was being handled by Thenjiwe Zwane and was given an email address to reach her directly. I emailed Thenjiwe with an alternative quote I received for the repairs, no response. Emailed Thenjiwe again this morning to at least acknowledge that she has received my email, still no response. Called in the call center around 1pm today and was in line for 15 minute until dropped the call.
