No response at all to hv tow truck fees returned, paid by me in advance !

<p>I was in a car accident 7th Sept 2016 at 8 o'clock at night on the Cross road in Bathurst, Eastern Cape. I had left a friend’s house just before 8 o'clock that night. It was dark, I am not too fami**** with that road at night, I did not see that one bend just after leaving friends place. I ditched the car; it nearly rolled the car over into a 5-6 meter DEEP DEEP DROP. A beam/old tree lying in the grass saved me from rolling over. Sadly my cell phone had died. I was, as you can imagine, in total shock. Thursday morning still in shock and realizing my narrow escape, my friend organized a tow truck service from Port Alfred, called Crash motors cc. He did not know I am insured with 1st for women, hence he called a towing service located in Port Alfred, May I add the closest one to crash site! The tow truck service has been paid by ME @ R 1015, 00 in total. I have been sending you emails over and over again ever since!!! I always get the same reply "we will contact you in 4 working hrs". NOTHING NOTHING AT ALL. I am currently in Hugh debt as my car had to be replaced, let alone the trauma afterwards!! Also you did not fail to mention on my policy that I now have had a car accident with an amount you are only guessing about!!!1st for woman YOU leave me NO other choice then to complain here, perhaps maybe now you would be so kind as to contact me ???? Pls be so kind as to ONLY contact me through my E-MAIL !!! </p>
