My TV screen broke I logged a claim with 1st for women on the 27th and again on the 29th. Since then no one has called me with the latest progress. Everytime I call to follow up, 1st they told me they were waiting for a report, now they r waiting for a qoute. I sent Matamela an email since then I've never received any communication from her. I don't know why a simple claim can take this long and on top of that they are not giving me feedback.
