I have been trying to claim for a ****** cellphone which will be going onto it's 3rd week now. The call centres are unhelpful as most departments have issues with lines and when I do get assisted I have no feedback at call..... I was told I was going to recieve a call to finalise my claim but 3 days has passed and nothing
