No respect for deaf people.

I would like to join 1st women insurance. On website can only about car but I am too looking for house and other things etc. Would like to contact me through them. but every time they call me. I can't hear then I'm deaf. how can I tell them I have their email address. but their reply doesn't take me immediately 2 days then I tell them about delivering service for the deaf and I'm looking for a quote. their igorne me and they remember they are only women so that means I have to respect them more but their respect is not at all for deaf people.
