No reply

On 3 November, I sent an email to FFW insurance to cancel 2 added products on my insurance which is the Tyre & Rim, and Scratch & Dent, however, I received no reply. On 6 November I sent another email and still no reply. I don't see why I have to waste my time and airtime to call them; there is an email address for a reason! I want to have this cancelled immediately, don't try and tell me 30 days nonsense becoz its been requested on 3 November already! Sort this out asap and reply to my email with confirmation.
