NO REFUNDS PAYABLE

I have phoned so many times at 1ST FOR WOMEN to ask about my refunds that are due to me but everytime i'm promised that i'm going to be refunded but I don't get any money but instead every month my premiums are being deducted.<br> I have one incident were by i claimed a TABLET that was ******. Instead of the Tablet being removed from the policy i discovered recently that money for the insurance of the tablet was still being deducted after over 12 months.No refund was paid out even though i had phoned so many times.<br> Another incident is that my new car was insured twice by MERCEDES BENZ AND 1ST FOR WOMEN.I called both parties and it was agreed that each party would repay me back the amount that was taken for the insurance during the time-so MERCEDES BENZ would pay half and 1ST FOR WOMEN would pay the other half.I sent all the relevant documents that were needed at the time by both parties. <br> M.BENZ refunded me their half but 1st FOR WOMEN never credited me or refunded me their half.<br> I've so many times about these two incidents but each time i'm taken to different people and i'm given empty promises. It's been months and months now that i have been battling with these issue
