No refund for cancelation

I called on the 31 of October to cancel my insurance with first for women. They said that the refund will take up to 6-7 working days to reflect back in my bank account. They said that the deposit order was put through they advertised they will send confirmation email Monday morning 11 November. It is currently Monday afternoon and still no response. After struggling for 12 days canceling my membership you would expect better service as I was patient up until know. They also advertised that I will be covered for the month of November after I asked to cancel with immidiate affect.
