No payout after approval

Since 22 August up until now they rejected my claim on my tools and at the time i joined them they did not ask for any details regarding what tools it is.... Now when claiming they ask for proof witch i dont have because my bakkie burned out totally. So i have no proof as its all destroyed. Then it went to another department and my claim was approved but still no payout was made by 1st for women
