No one cares for woman at first for woman

I experienced a smash and grab yesterday,the trauma still haunts me.I called them over 3times before my claim was processed.My window cannot be fixed before Tuesday,4days from now they are refusing to give me a curtesy car even though I included one in my cover. They refuse to cover my cellphone even though I have unspecified portable insurance,apparently I was suppose to specify the cellphone The call centre manager refuses to speak to me. Now not only do I have to deal with the trauma,I do not have a car.
