No loyalty for loyal customers disappointing!!!

Ive been with 1st for Women for 5 years now claim free and I was going to get my cash back bonus in March 2021, but because of the pandemic and working in the airline industry we are only going back to work estimated in November but it could be earlier,so no work no pay. Its something I have no control over. So I called my BELOVED insurance to let them know I would have hardships paying for now but I have no intentions of leaving the insurance. I got told they will cancel the insurance and I am losing my cashback bonus. I am so hurt by treatment i received after years of loyalty but comes corona the best 1st For Women can do is turn its back on its loyal customers. I dont expectvthem to cover me fir the unpaid months but to lose my cashabck bonus? Now thats distasteful. Even when I go back to work I will lopk for another insurance.
