NO HUMAN INTERACTION
I sent an email to First for Woman requesting an updated policy. Today I saw that I was blocked. I then phoned the number and got through to an AI voice called Rachel. She asked what the problem is, I explained and she repeated her first response. The voice loops and there is no way you can contact 1st for Women. This is not good business practice
