No help EVER from first for women

I have had the policy from First for Women for years now, but every time when I try to claim to my surprise the is always stories. Today I spoke to one lady and I found out that my schedule is not detailed enough and I was not informed about additional covers only when I have to claim that I was told about this. I asked for a detailed schedule because the one that I have has nothing that this consultant is telling about. I'm really not happy about the service
